Returns & Exchanges

At Tharwa l’atelier, we do not offer refunds. Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible ready-to-wear pieces from our collection only.

Personalized, customized, made-to-order, or specially sized pieces are not eligible for exchange.

Eligible items must be unworn, unaltered, in excellent original condition, and returned with their original packaging and certificates.

Return and exchange shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. All exchanges are subject to inspection and approval.
