Shipping

We offer complimentary, secure shipping worldwide via DHL Express, as well as free delivery within Lebanon.

Order Processing & Dispatch

In-stock items: Items available in stock are ready for immediate dispatch and will be shipped as soon as possible.

Made-to-order or unavailable items: Please allow 7–10 business days for your order to be prepared and dispatched. We always aim to complete and ship your order sooner whenever possible.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to follow your shipment until it reaches you.

Estimated Delivery Times

Within Lebanon: Approximately 1–2 business days.
International orders: Approximately 5–7 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and local delivery conditions.

Customs & International Orders

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country. Any such charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
